2013 Challenger XL65 / 582 Rotax engine (blue head) with little flying hours

Selling a 2013 Challenger XL65 / 582 Rotax engine (blue head) with little flying hours. The inside/outside are both in excellent condition. Has an enclosed cabin with upgraded seats. The engine/airframe has 125 hours total flight time, however the hour meter is currently broken. This has been stored in a hanger for more than half of its life, and is being sold by the second owner. Includes 3 upgraded instruments (~$1500 in upgrades) , and also had marker lights/strobe lights installed on the wing tips. I also have extensive documentation on the build.
